Ed Eisenstein

CEO / Founder

30 years in IT enterprise management, eight as Commissioner of IT for Nassau County (2010 to 2018), where he achieved significant operational improvements in governmental organization. At UNA he manages IT systems as a Fractional CIO with expertise in strategic roadmapping and execution.

David Bricca

Director of Information Technology

With 28 years in technology implementation and management, David is the most senior technical mind at the UNA, currently managing over 100 enterprise client network systems and acting as fractional CTO with expertise in administering and implementing enterprise networking systems.

Peter Hojdysz​

With 28 years in technology management, Peter manages real estate and healthcare clients with an expertise in networking and security.

Rik Nevone

With 30 years in the IT industry, including time as IT director at major law firm and a large manufacturer, Rik also spent eight years as a technology teacher preparing students for Microsoft Active Directory and managed a Global SOC compliance implantation that was successfully completed.

Anthony Ciardullo

With 10 years in technology management, Anthony manages manufacturing, distribution and medical clients and is adept at quickly resolving user issues and liaising with third party vendors.

Scott Arena​

With 30+ years in the tech industry, Scott is an essential part of the UNA’s Help Desk operation. Formerly a discovery expert at a major law firm and director of music at a major radio station, he now helps hundreds of users with high-level technical answers.

Jake Magnan

As a highly skilled “digital native” who has grown up with computers, Jake configures machines, performs in-house prep work for network implementations, and assists clients with IT help desk work as a supplemental staffer when needed.

Devon Nandsaram

With over 20 years in distribution and purchasing, Devon manages the UNA operation and internal financial management. As operations manager, he is the machine that keeps our techs available to assist our loyal clients.
